This page is for school directors who want to claim and edit the institution's profile.
Where this matters
“The information about us online is out of date.”
Claiming gives access to the profile editor — 10 sections: identity, contacts, location, pedagogy, levels, schedule, applications, pricing, facilities and media (intro video). The photo gallery is managed in the school panel. Changes are visible immediately, with no editorial approval step.
“We don't know who's looking for us.”
The Premium dashboard shows profile visits over time, which type of contact parents clicked (phone, email, website), visitor cities of origin, and benchmark against your category average. Not generic Google Analytics — metrics specific to school comparison.
“We get contacts with no context and waste time filtering them.”
Information requests arrive structured: parent name, child's age, intended grade, planned start date, and the message. Less back-and-forth to understand what's being asked.

Each profile's Academic tab shows national exam results. For schools with direct-pathway success data (around 1,100 establishments), it includes comparison against the national average. Neutral presentation, no subjective ranking.

You can publish exact application dates on the profile for each academic year. Parents subscribed to enrollment alerts in the municipality receive automatic notifications on the opening day — reduces repetitive calls and emails.

How to start
- Find your schoolSearch the name on skoolist.pt/search or directly on Google. If it doesn't appear, write to us — we add it.
- Click “Claim profile”Fill in name, role at the school, and the institutional email.
- VerificationIf the email matches the school's official website domain, approval is immediate. Otherwise, manual review in 1–2 business days.
- Edit and publishAccess the school panel to edit the 10 sections. Changes are visible immediately.
